The man who rides through the fire

This song is about one of the important Persian myths — Siyavash’s passage through the divine fire.
One of the divine trials used to verify a person’s innocence was passing through the divine fire: if they emerged unharmed, it meant the person was innocent.
We portrayed this beautiful story from the Shahnameh in this music.

One of our new tracks, which will be on Anoushbard

One of our new tracks, which will be on Anoushbard’s next album, is called ‘Fate.’ The core idea comes from the text of a philosophical book from the Sassanid era called ‘Minu-ye Kherad’ (Spirit of Wisdom). Unlike most of our previous tracks, this one is calm and melodic. I hope you enjoy it.

One of the bands that has had a profound influence

One of the bands that has had a profound influence on Anoushband’s music and has been a major source of inspiration for us is Opeth.
That’s why we love covering Opeth songs in our live performances.
Here’s a part of “Ghost of Perdition” from one of our previous shows.

We have sought to revive and reinterpret a part of our country’s culture and artistic heritage through music. Drawing upon the myths, epics, history, and cultural traditions of our homeland has always been a central artistic goal of Anoushbard.
The song Journey tells the story of a Zoroastrian priest’s voyage into the realm of the dead.
